You need to complete a tax form every year and the price of £35 is for one year.
If you jointly own a property, both owners need to complete a form and we offer a specially reduced price of £50 total price for the two forms.
If you have owned the property for many years without ever paying the tax and need several forms, please enquire about the special reduced rates for the other years.
You can pay via direct bank transfer to UK or Spanish bank or send a sterling cheque.
